Caffè Latte Protein Smoothie

Caffè Latte Protein Smoothie:


Ingredients:
- 1 scoop of caffè latte protein powder
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
-1 teaspoon of honey or sweetener of your choice (optional)
- 4 oz. plain Greek Yogurt (optional)
- Ice cubes


Instructions:
1. Add all the ingredients in a blender
2. Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and the smoothie is creamy.
3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
