Chocolate Mug Cake

The mug cake is a perfect breakfast for when you have little time. The name actually says it all: a delicious cake in your own mug or bowl. Mix the ingredients, microwave and ready to eat!


Ingredients:

- 1 scoop of whey chocolate

- 1 egg

- 1 banana, preferably a ripe one

- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder

- Pinch of baking powder

- Water or milk


Preparation:

- Mash the banana, beat the egg and mix until a smooth mixture

- Add the protein powder, cocoa powder and baking powder and mix everything well. Too thick? Add a little water or milk to make a thick paste

- Put the mixture into a microwave-safe bowl or mug

- Place it in the microwave for 90 seconds at 700 watts. However, the duration may vary per microwave

Remove the cake from the microwave and enjoy (warning: hot)
