Protein Cookies

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of protein powder (flavor of your choice)
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup of nut butter (such as almond or peanut butter)
- 1/4 cup of milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Optional: add-ins like chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruit

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the protein powder and almond flour.
3. Add the honey or maple syrup, nut butter, milk, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix well until a dough forms.
4. If desired, fold in any optional add-ins like chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruit.
5. Take small portions of the dough and roll them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet and flatten them slightly with your palm.
6. Bake the cookies for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown around the edges.
7. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
