PROTEIN ENRICHED AÇAI BOWL
A fresh start of the day.
Ingredients:
- 30 grams protein powder (vanilla or banana)
- 200 grams frozen acai berries
- 100 grams frozen blue berries
- 50 grams bananas
- A dash of apple juice
- 75 grams (greek) yoghurt
Instructions:
* The night before you want to make this bowl, take the frozen fruit out of the freezer and put it I the refrigerator.
* Combine all the above ingredients in a blender and mix until it’s smooth.
* Put everything in a bowl and choose toppings as; fresh fruit, nuts, granola, coconut.
