Protein enriched Acai Bowl


PROTEIN ENRICHED AÇAI BOWL 

 

A fresh start of the day.


Ingredients:

  • 30 grams protein powder (vanilla or banana)
  • 200 grams frozen acai berries
  • 100 grams frozen blue berries
  • 50 grams bananas
  • A dash of apple juice
  • 75 grams (greek) yoghurt


Instructions:

*  The night before you want to make this bowl, take the frozen fruit            out of the freezer and put it I the refrigerator. 

*  Combine all the above ingredients in a blender and mix until it’s smooth. 

*  Put everything in a bowl and choose toppings as; fresh fruit, nuts, granola, coconut.
