How to make protein pancakes?
Ingredients
- 1 large ripe banana
- 2 large eggs (or 4 egg whites if you want to reduce the calories and fat content)
- 35 grams Vanilla or Banana Whey Protein Powder
- 35 grams of oatmeal
Instructions:
- Add the banana and eggs to a blender. Mix until a smooth substance.
- Add the protein powder and oatmeal to the blender and process until smooth. Make sure you add these after the bananas and eggs to prevent the powder from getting stuck at the bottom of the blender.
- Throw an amount into a heated pan of the size of the pancake you want, wait until this side is nicely brown and flip it over to the other side
- Add the toppings you want, for example: peanut butter, maple syrup, honey, fresh fruits.
