Protein Waffles

Ingredients:

  • 40 gram protein powder
  • 1 egg
  • 60 gram Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch of salt


Instructions:

  • Preheat your waffle iron
  • Put all the dry ingredients together (protein powder, baking powder and salt) and mix it
  • Add the egg and Greek Yoghurt and mix it until it’s a smooth blatter
  • Add the right amount into your iron waffle
  • Cook until the waffle is cooked through and crispy
