Ingredients:
- 40 gram protein powder
- 1 egg
- 60 gram Greek Yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Preheat your waffle iron
- Put all the dry ingredients together (protein powder, baking powder and salt) and mix it
- Add the egg and Greek Yoghurt and mix it until it’s a smooth blatter
- Add the right amount into your iron waffle
- Cook until the waffle is cooked through and crispy
